Custom model training uses your training allowance, not credits.

If you run out of credits, you can either upgrade your plan or wait for your next billing cycle to renew. Free plan users will need to upgrade to continue generating after using their initial 50 credits.

You can monitor your credit usage and get low balance warnings in your account dashboard.

Credits from weekly plans expire at the end of each week and don't roll over. Credits from yearly plans are allocated upfront for the full year.
